    3. Hi All, Trevyrclawdd and Trefarclawdd == are they the same place? Trevyrclawdd is from a baptism in 1756 of Thomas PROBERT s/o William of Trevyrclawdd and Ann Trefarclawdd is the closest I can find! Kind Regards, Rosemary, Northumberland UK

I'm no expert in this, Rosemary, but seems to me that the V and the F in those these cases are often changed about. For instance the Welsh Fron is often written as Vron in Shropshire, as in either Fron Heulog or Vron Heulog. So, probably the same place. Cheers Graham
