I have traced my GGGrandfather (David Jones) and found that he died in the Oswestry Cottage Hospital after a railway accident on GWR line. The inquest was on 16 April 1889 and he had been living in Whittington. The death certificate states that he lived for 31 days after the accident, so I assume the accident must have been early in march. Could anyone suggest sources (Newspaper, GWR records, etc) where I may be able to find more details, preferrably on-line sources since I do not live locally.
