Hi Peter Crockford, is of course, online but you have to pay. http://www.crockford.org.uk/ I see that you can sign up as a new subscriber for one year at £25 stirling. That seems to be quite a lot to me considering that most folk would only be looking for the odd minister or two in their own lifetime. Can't see why these folk don't make it 20p or so for a search and result. But obviously they are not going to do that, so I guess you are stuck with other folk who have Crockford in their local library to look up for you. Crockford is in our State Library, so if you do not have any other replies to the positive within the next week or so I shall look him up for you. Hopefully someone may be able to do it faster than I can. Another thought is the Oswestry Border Counties newspaper which detailed obituaries etc. Someone who lives in Oswestry may be able to access the microfilm index in the Oswestry Library for you, or you may be able to write to the local librarian Derek Williams, Arthur Street Oswestry SY11 1JN. Their website can be found through http://www.shropshire.gov.uk/library.nsf/open/FFAD4D758B3AAB2E80256CD2004AD81C Good hunting Graham Melbourne Oz
