Hi Sally, I have a family of JONES who were butchers. I have a Father John with children - Thomas Henry born 1849/50, Richard 1851, Mary 1855 and Elizabeth ~1860. The first three born in Staffordshire and Elizabeth was born in Little Hales, Shropshire. Thomas Henry JONES was the butcher.
