Mary Ann Stedman (circa 1811-1880), married Daniel Dodd (1801-1876). Children Caroline Hall Dodd (b. 1835) and Elizabeth Dodd (b. 1836). Made their home in Ludlow St Lawrence, Shropshire, England. Ann Stedman (circa 1817-1885) married Richard Crowe (1819-1895). Children Henry Richard Crowe(b. 1852), Annie Elize Crowe (b. 1855) and Ellen/Helen (b. 1857). Made their home in Bucknell, Shropshire, England. William Stedman (circa 1817-?) married Charlotte (Unknown) (b. 1821). Children John William Stedman (b. 1854) and Charlotte Stedman (b. 1861). Made their home in Bucknell, Shropshire, England. Unknown (male) Stedman (circa 1815) married unknown. Son Richard Stedman (b. 1838). Elizabeth Stedman (b 1819) married first Unknown Clark (died before 1859). Second husband Edward William (b. 1821, died bef 1867). No children found. It was Elizabeth Stedman marriage contract that connected these siblings with Ann Stedman, who is my primary search individual. Here's the contract: Marriage Settlement 24 February 1859 1. Edward Williams of Onibury, blacksmith 2. Elizabeth Clark of Bucknell, widow 3. William Stedman of Bucknell, farmer William Edwards of Knighton, stationer Marriage has been agreed between Edward Williams and Elizabeth Clark. It is agreed that the house, farm and lands called Perlogue to which Elizabeth Clark is entitled be conveyed to uses, charged with an annuity for Edward Williams for life. She is entitled to ¼ of the Plough Inn, Bucknell, under contract to be sold to William Stedman for £800.Settlement of the farm called Perlogue in Clun (50a) (Edward Page) to Stedman and Edwards to uses:- Elizabeth is to receive the rents for life and at her death Williams is to receive an annuity of £20 from the rents. After the death of Elizabeth the farm will be subject to the uses of her will etc. and in default to her first son by Edward Williams and such son's male heirs; in default to the second and other sons and their sons, remainder to daughter or daughters of Edward Williams and Elizabeth as tenants in common; and in default to John William Stedman son of William Stedman and his heirs forever; if he dies under 21, to the use! of his brother Richard Stedman and his heirs; if he dies under 21, then to Henry Crowe son of Richard Crowe of Bucknell and his heirs; if he dies under 21, to the heirs of Elizabeth Clark. As to her ¼ of the Plough Inn, on trust to invest her ¼ of the purchase money in Government stock paying her interest; at her death as she appoints, and in default to her children equally, if none, between her nephew and nieces - Elizabeth Dodd, Caroline Hall Dodd, Henry Crowe, Ann Crowe, Helen Crowe and Richard Stedman.
