Hello The Federation of Family History Societies (FFHS) has just announced that v3 of the National Burial Index is available. See http://www.ffhs.org.uk/ If you wish to upgrade from v2 at the discounted rate you must place your order direct with FFHS but anyone purchasing the index for the first time will be able to buy it from a variety of sources. Undoubtedly an interesting resource. Members might like to look at the coverage page before deciding on an "upgrade". See http://www.ffhs.org.uk/projects/nbi/nbi-coverage.php gives you the general coverage and http://www.ffhs.org.uk/projects/nbi/sal3.php gives you the specific coverage for SAL. Remember SFHS has a burial CD (v4 is the current one) and coverage can be found at the bottom of this page http://www.sfhs.org.uk/shropshireburials.asp I urge members to compare their interests to avoid any disappointment. -- Sherry Landa Oxford, UK > The Federation of Family History Societies (FFHS) has just announced > that v3 of the National Burial Index is available.
