Has anyone researched 16th century Albrighton manorial records and can reveal how much still exists? I suspect that much of the relevant material will be in the estate papers of the lords of the manor, the Talbots (Earls of Shrewsbury) and the Troutbecks - has anyone researched those families? I plan initially to visit Shropshire (and nearby Staffordshire) county record offices soon but wondered if anyone who is familiar with their collections has any advice before I start my research. I will expand my researches to Kew etc after the CROs. Thanks Robert
