For those of you who are interested in maps here is something a bit different. Visit Shoothill TimeMap at shoothill.com/whatwedo/bing.aspx (put http://www. infront) and select TimeMap from the selection at the lower part of the screen and you should see a modern aerial view of Shrewsbury (from Bing maps) with an over laid panel showing that part of the area as it was in 1882 or 1902. You can drag the panel or the background and they will follow each other and you can reverse them. You can see how a particular area changed over time. Mike Shropshire, UK
