Hello Barry There is a vast archive of Lilleshall Estate material at Shropshire Archives (which was owned by the Duke of Sutherland) much of which has been listed so should be reasonably easy to search. Parts of the Lilleshall Estate were sold in 1914 and further parts were sold in 1917 but I can't immediately see any reference to Leegomery Road, Wellington in either catalogues for these two sales so it is back to the archives I think.
