    3. Two points before I even look at other information: - 'Back Lane' does Not suggest anyone died in the street: there are many 'Back Lanes' in which people lived. If someone died of exhaustion and apoplexy it means he or she had a stroke, brought on by the severe exhaustion suggested by the person signing the death certificate.
