Barry, There is certainly nothing obvious for a birth of Susannah Walker. I notice too the 1831 marriage is a user submission. So there's strong indication that the records for the particular parish don't exist on IGI. Susannah's birth year around 1812 is right at the change in format of the parish registers and always it's the outside pages that get most damage. But there are any number of reason for records to be unavailable. They could even be non-conformist. I think the only way to solve your problem is to get her death certificate of possibly a birth of one of her later children, which might show her maiden name. I presume you've looked for submitted trees for the couple where others may already have solved the puzzle. Peter
Hi Peter Thanks for that, I have not as yet looked up the certificate of death I believe it was in 1887 and will try for the birth cert's. I have tried on Ancestry but not trees are available for her.
