    1. [ENG-SHROP] KENDERDINE Family - Whitchurch
    2. Margaret Hartshorn
    3. I wondered if anyone has any information on the KENDERDINE families who, according to the IGI, were living in Whitchurch in the early 18th century. I have so far been unable to find the place of birth of my 3x gt grandfather Samuel KENDERDINE who was born c1794 and I have reason to believe that he may have been connected to the above families. He was living in Barlow in Derbyshire from at least 1816 until his death in 1842 and he stated on the 1841 census that he was not born in Derbyshire. I have also found no trace of his marriage to his wife Mary. I do hope that someone may be able to help as I have been searching for Samuel’s family for many years Best Wishes Margaret Hartshorn

    3. In my tree I have JOANNE MILLICHAP b. Abdon, (on Brown Clee Hill) who married John Tasker at Abdon on Sep 19, 1614. Her father was ADAM MILLICHAP b. abt 1570, also in Abdon. There was an EDWARD MILLICHOPE (not on my tree as yet) who was tenant of the Lower House, Abdon in 1642, and rebuilt or altered it in 1642. It later became known as the Manor House. This location is not very far from Bitterley.
