Re Patrick Linsey's query as per the heading. Dunlop St is in Carbrook, and it contained about 400 or so houses. In 1940 I was born halfway down at number 272. It is still there but now part of an industrial estate. It is possible that Patrick's G G.parents attended the school there, Carbrook School.
