Hi I am having a series of complaints about my signature on letters I send. I have a set up signature as most of you will know from the list. However on some letters it changes. My signature _http://www.elkingtonfamily.com_ (http://www.elkingtonfamily.com) comes up as normal followed by the same address in brackets except that elkington is now spelt 'elklington ' with an extra 'l' inserted. I have written to myself and it was OK. But other people seem to receive this altered format. Is there anything I can do.
