Hello everyone, I wonder if someone could point me in the right direction. I have a family who appear on the 1871 census in Sheffield..(RG10/4695 page 827 at 23 Earsham Street) George HARTLEY (b c1838) and Martha FELTRUP (b c1839) (married at Christ Church Pitsmoor, 22 June 1862) with their children Ernest Hartley Feltrup(b 11 Jan 1861) Frederick James Hartley(b 17 Jan 1863) Ada Alice Hartley(b 1867) Eliza Ann Hartley(c 1869) William Hartley(b 1871) I have just found them in Victoria Australia by 1877 when their daughter Kate was born. I suspect the whole family emigrated together. Does anyone know if there are emmigration records of people moving from England to Australia (or immigration records in Australia) and if so where might I consult them? Thanks as always.
