Can anyone tell me anything at all death, census, or produce a miracle and find these people. Hi marea, If my memory serves me right "Handsworth" was a Parish in its own right for many years and did not come under Sheffield until quite recently. There used to be someone on the list that did know a fair amount about Handsworth but I just can't think who it was. I believe their parish registers are stored in Handsworth and not in Sheffield but I could be wrong.
