Hi All While strolling along the Five Weir Walk I came across a memorial stone for a Robert JUDSON (see http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~engsheffield/judson_stone.htm ) by the side of the path near Washford Bridge. I must have passed it a hundred and more times but I've never noticed it before. It does look as if its been there a while. Purely out of curiosity, does anyone know ............ Who was Robert JUDSON 1950-1995 ? Why is a commemorative / memorial stone dedicated to him on the walk ?
