I am visiting Sheffield from drought-stricken Brisbane. We lost electric & phone at Middlewood Rd for 36 hrs. Alas, it also prevented a meeting to which I had looked forward from taking place. Because of the risk of more flooding this weekend, we have to leave sheffield 4 days early, so can't keep the new meeting on Sunday. Also, didn't get to Chesterfield Library to check newspaper files.
