    3. hello Joanne, This probably won't help, but in Feb 2001 there were some messages on this list from Hilary Kidd who is related to the GRINOLDs in this 1881 household. I haven't seen Hilary's name on the message boards for several years. 3. Jo, John and Jeni > wondering and hoping that somebody has connection with this family - I don't think I can help, but I found it very interesting that many of the names and places you mention connect and are associated with my own LEADBEATER family. Edwin PRIEST was an executor to the will of my 2xgreat grandfather Henry LEADBEATER: ".....bequeathing his property in Holly Street to his nephew Henry LEADBETTER on condition he paid to his (the testator's) wife the said Mary Ann LEADBETTER the sum of seven shillings per week during her lifetime". The will also appointed Edwin PRIEST as Executor. States the Testator (Alfred LEADBETTER) died 27 Nov 1876. and (6) Letters of Attorney. Henry Leadbeater, as (4-5), to Edwin Priest, of Sheffield, optician, to be the agent for all his premises, as Leadbeater is leaving England. If your FISH or PRIEST connects with SMITH, SUTTON or LEADBEATER I'd be interesting to hear from you.
