Beth If you are coming on business, can any of your contacts help you with the birth record. I know I have helped, and been helped by my business contact, either giving you a UK cheque for pounds sterling, or even ordering it on line for you and paying with their credit/debit card and then you giving them the money. Alternatively call in any Post Office you have time for a buy a Postal Order in UK£ for the amount needed for the record, you can send for it at your leisure then.
