Hi DeAnne I had Roscoe Wheel on one of my census retruns (Roscoe Wheel is one of the waterwheels along Rivelin valley) it could be that he lived/worked at a waterwheel - which being a file cutter and cow keeper is feasible. I was interested in the Church Street photo. Does anybody have any information on the Thomas Parker mentioned there? "Thomas Parker - Grocer, (Also file cutter & cow keeper, the Wheel)" Also, what does "the Wheel" refer to? Any help given would be appreciated.
