Hi All Further to my recent message: I am trying to learn more about Vernon WILDGOOSE alias MARSHALL who was living at 17 Well Meadow St, St Annes, Netherthorpe, Sheffield age 10 on the 1901 census. Hi full name given as Vernon Gerald George Marshall on his sons marriage certificate. I believe that his name was changed to Marshall before his Army service started (1915) and his marriage which took place later. I believe that Vernon WILDGOOSE was the son of Ann Milland/Melland WILDGOOSE. He was born around 1891 in/around Ranmoor, Upper Hallam, Sheffield. >>>>>>> I have now obtained the birth cert for Gerald Wildgoose bn 10 Feb 1891 and his mother was Ann Melland WILDGOOSE father not given. I also have the death cert for Ann Melland WILDGOOSE in 1913. Unfortunately she died in Hospital so the informant was not a relative. Can anyone have a look at the Electoral Rolls/Registers for 1911, or close to this year, for any WILDGOOSE or MARSHALL entries living in Paradise Square, Sheffield. I know that this is a lot to ask but I am hoping to get an address for the family in 1911 so that I can pay to find them on the 1911 census. Thanks Dave
