    3. Hi Frank, The following information is taken from the Marriage Index on CD by SDFHS. James Howson & Hannah Whitehead married between Dec 1818 and Dec 1821. The reference is Book Q/Page 397/Entry 1191. Two ways of Checking the date for sure is to have someone look for you or visit Sheffield Archives. The children's baptisms fall into a "black hole" of untranscribed Sheffield Cathedral Baptisms that are only available at Sheffield Archives. I have just looked through the baptisms for 1791 for a James Howson and there wasn't one. However I did find. Baptised 3 September 1788. James son of George & Ann Howson Papermaker. Hope this helps.
