Hi list One of my mothers eldest sisters, Nellie WRIGHJTSON (nee LEMONS) died of TB meningitis aged just 25 in 1944. I did not have her death certificate but after reading the article in the latest Practical Family History magazine about Papworth Sanitorium treating TB patients, I decided to order the death certificate which tells me Nellie died at King Edward Hospital Sheffield. Looking at the NRA catalogue I see that Sheffield Archives have some papers on the hospital and so think I will pay a visit. I was wondering if anyone had consulted these papers and found them helpful in their research. Kind regards June Chatterton.
