hiya all, I'm looking for any help with ROBERT PONSONBY born circa 1826 in Bakewell, Derby. He was in Blackburn Rd. Brightside Bierlow, Sheffield with wife MARY on the 1881 Census, a Boltsmith (Whitesmith 1861 Bakewell & Blacksmith 1871 Settle) he died the next year (June quarter 1882) in Sheffield. Has anyone come across him, where do you think he worked, or was buried? ROBERT PONSONBY married MARY HALL in Manchester Catherdral 1847, they moved to Cardiff, Wales where their only child HARRY was born 1856 HARRY married in Pontefract 1879 stayed & raised 13 children with wife HARRIET BAGGAN. Her grandparents moved from Pontefract to Sheffield to live had more children, so also looking for any help with BAGGAN or BAGGIN sometimes spelt. thank you so much, Maureen
