Hi Liz, Nothing is showing up on FreeBMD for that pairing. Would you mind telling us what information you have that she did indeed marry either of these chaps please? Whiston being close to Rotherham have you been through their parish registers? Their are certainly a number of Ann's or Hannah's from there that would fit the bill except they do not look to marry a Ward or Wingfield. The Ann's seem to come from Rotherham and Hannah's from Sheffield.
