Hi Magdalena I realise it was telling a story and they dont want to bore TV audiences but they did nort give of the background to the research like where ir came from, as we know we have to name our resources. The reseachers just produced a piece of paper with some info . I dont think it gave a true feeling or what is involved in family history. Obviously we are entitled to our own opinion and I respect yours. Maybe I'm too easily pleased but I enjoyed the programme touching as it did on two major historical events in U.S. history. It's easy to pick fault with it but it was entertaining in spite of all the "wows". I would just like to know why the letter from El Dorado was held there and not in the family archive in Ohio ? Or would that spoil a good story ?
