Hi All, I am new to this list. My relative Enoch PEARSON was born 1837, Morley, (Wilmslow) Cheshire. In 1861 he was unmarried and living with his parents in Styal near Wilmslow, Cheshire. In 1871 he was living in Timperley, Cheshire with a family Wife Sarah born Brook Lane, Yorkshire (Brookhouse in 1881) c 1839 Son Richard born Thorpe, Yorkshire c 1865 Daughter Anne born Tinsley c 1868 I have found Tinsley but not Brook Lane/House or Thorpe though there are possibilities further afield in Yorkshire. Where are these places? Am I on the right list? Are there marriage and birth records online for Yorkshire which could be useful to me? (apart from FreeBMD) Any information gratefully received.
