Graham, in my search for my Bloor ancestors, i came across Mary Yeardley, who married Enoch Bloor (my GGGrandfather) on Jan 28th 1839. Both lived in Wellgate which is central Rotherham. Her father is listed as George Yeardley, i can't make out if he's a farmer or a foreman. Mary is listed as full age and a servant. They were married at the Parrish church of Rotherham. Chris Thanks for the info on Mary Yeardley. I have a Mary YEARDLEY marrying Joseph FROST (my GGGrandfather) 17 Aug 1836 at Wentworth, though this has been taken from the IGI records and I've not checked it elsewhere. I'm hoping to make some progress on this in the next few weeks and I'll let you know if I manage to sort anything out. Graham
