Hi Tony Thanks for the info that you gave. I will have a look at the Advertiser next time I go to the Rotherham Archives. I know that all the records for Storhes Hall are kept at Wakefield & I just thought that maybe the Coroners Reports would have been stored somewhere, similar. Regards Gail

Hi Gail, Noticing your post I see you mention Storthes Hall, do you know what sort of information can be obtained from Wakefield regarding an inmate? I have a death certificate of my great uncles wife who died in Storthes Hall, I have had no success in finding their marriage and I wondered if they ever married I notice that her death cert it says widow of, then a line underneath. Was this the practice as her spouse had preceded her death.
