I'm not a Yorkie either .... in fact I'm not really British but a first generation Australian (much to my late mothers disappointment! I am sure she would have returned to England if she could to have me!!). I thought at first just my Da was born in Rotherham (Robert John WATSON) but a little digging found my Gmother (Martha Elizabeth Olive FOSTER) born there too. I have just located his Mums marriage cert so it is being posted over soon so I will know where his Da was born as well. I think gfather was born in Yorkshire somewhere as well. Have found other rellies in Whitby (WILLISON) I live in Queensland, a stones throw from the beach with my DH, 2 sons, 2 daughters and an assortment of creatures!
