Hi Karen and Ruth, The only Kirby Moorside baptism I have for a Margaret Jackson in the right time period, is the following one taken from the parish register - 2 May 1804 Margaret (born 22 April 1804) 2nd child and 2nd daughter of William Jackson of Kirbymoorside, (son of John Jackson and Elizabeth nee Dobson of Farndale). Mother, Ann (daughter of Mark Graystock and Ann nee Frank of Farndale) Their first child also at Kirby Moorside is- 7 July 1799 Hannah (born 17 June 1799) 1st child of Wm. Jackson of Farndale, (son of John Jackson of Farndale and Elizabeth nee Dobson.) Mother, Anne, (daughter of Mark Graystock of Farndale) no other children for this family baptised at Kirby Moorside up to 1808 (that's as far as I've looked in the records) so it would seem that my William and your Margaret are not siblings,- perhaps cousins? If you need any other Jackson look-ups at Kirby Moorside, I've covered: Baptisms 1704 - 1808 and 1843 -1851. Marriages 1699 - 1800 and Burials 1700 - 1828. Happy to share.
