Hello, While looking through the GRO Indexes last week, I found the following entries, which I am sure pertain to members of a family of interest to me, that of HAMILTON of Borrowby and Knayton. If anyone on the list has links or information about these couples and their descendants, I would appreciate hearing from you. At present, this is all I have. Except for the Hamilton/Knowlson marriage, all were registered in the Northallerton district. 1900 Louisa HAMILTON married Fred CHAPMAN 1913 Thomas H HAMILTON married Edith M. KNOWLSON (Knaresboro area) 1914 Sarah B HAMILTON married William CHADWICK 1915 Emma L HAMILTON married Horace HILL 1918 Francis R HAMILTON married Annie M. ROBSON. Francis died 1918 1919 Eliza H HAMILTON married Richard STEEL. He died 1947? Sarah, Emma, Eliza and Francis were siblings, their parents being Richard & Emma HAMILTON, of Knayton Grange.
