Hi im looking for any one related to the SOLLITT family around guisborough yorkshire they were salvation army people. My late grandmother florence hilda sollitt born 1912 april had two sister's and one brother and one adopted brother raymond. The two sisters were edna and kathy and the other brother herbert. Their father was a coal miner or an iron stone miner i did find a ernest sollitt age 17 born guisborough in the 1901 census but im not sure yet as im searching for my grandmother's birth so far i have'nt. In the 1920's the family moved to cambridgeshire for work as the depression years made work hard to find. Most of the family member's are buried at borough cemetery peterborough i think the cemetery is now called cambridgeshire cemetery not quite sure.
