Hi to the list, I have just discovered the maiden name of my 3xgrandmother. Catharine BOAGEY. Catharine BOAGEY, born about 1831 at Redcar married John LEE (b feb 01, 1829 Upleatham) they had 3 children: Hannah, b 1851 Christian, b 1855 Mary Ann, b1857 John Lee died sometime before the 1861 census, as Catharine is listed as a fishermans widow. On the 1881 census Catharine shows up still as a widow, but with an additional 3 chrildren: Catharine, b 1862 Ann b, 1866 Elizabeth, b 1868 Who was the father of these extra children? Would there be any way of finding out? Any information on my BOAGEY greatly appreciated. Thanks very much Anola Australia.
