Hi Rose, When i was 4 to 6 yo i rember my Dad working on a farm "Myer Barf" nr West Tanfield and Wath North Yorkshire, there were several "Land Girls" working on the farm and of them i rember one name ROSE BAKER, I dont know where she was from probably fairly close by, have you by chance come across this name? i was 4yo when ware broke out 1939.
