Hello List, I sent this to the list a day or so ago and haven't seen it appear, so here it is for a second time. The MI's for St Mary's Leake has the following entry - "In Loving Memory of Richard the dearly loved husband of Eliza STEEL of Knayton, d. 9th June 1947". When they married in 1918, Richard was farming at Knayton Grange. I'm hoping there may be someone who knows of this couple and who can share information with me e.g. any children they may have had and when and where is Eliza buried?
