    3. The marriage certificate would give the bride's father's name and his occupation - from this you should know her maiden name (unless she was illegitimate). It won't give the date or details of her previous marriage. If the certificate gives her age (sometimes it just says "full age"), then this may enable you to find her via Familysearch or Free BMD.
