    3. Well Pam, Considering I was there only a few weeks ago, I would email and ask first before presuming that they still do look ups. As I read the literature inside the building, I am pretty sure they have stopped taking orders to do lookups. However it is still up to you if you order many certificates hoping to get the right one. They do not however refund all the money for incorrect certificates. The Family Record Centre is an excellent place to visit, but they keep they public well informed with changes and have plenty of notices up.
