Hi Johanna, When we were at the Records Center, a man at the desk told us if we were not sure if the one we were ordering was the correct one, we should fill in and sign the section on the reverse side of the application, which we did. Then we got in line to the ordering window, and paid for all three that we had filled in. Two weeks later we received our correct Certificate and a refund for the two incorrect ones. Believe this only works that way if you fill out and sign the section in the back of the form, as we were told to do. Am not looking to order now anyway, was just answering some-one who had asked a question. Have a researcher in London who does my work for me when I can't get there. Regards, Pam in Arizona.
