Hi Listers This is a shot in the dark as I am searching for any descendants of two brothers and a cousin from Stoke Ferry in Norfolk, who migrated north to County Durham during the period from about 1870 to 1875. The two brothers were David William and George SPINKS, their cousin being John SPINKS. All three left Norfolk, where they Ag. Labs., to become miners in the North. The following are extracts from the 1901 Cenus: RG13/4673 Folio 21 Page 39 (South Moor, Stanley, County Durham) Surname First Name Status Age Occupation Birth Place SPINKS George Head 36 Coal Miner Norfolk, Stoke Ferry SPINKS Elizabeth Wife 40 Durham, Heugh Hall SPINKS David Wm.
