    3. Hello, Over the last few months I have had some great success in my research, making contact with previously unknown relatives, amassing a great deal of new information and filling in large gaps in my family tree and in family knowledge, some of which I need to confirm for myself. The following is one: Harry CLARK died on 18 August 1927 and is buried in Newton On Ouse. It's a new district for me and I would like to find exactly where Harry is buried, either churchyard or public cemetery, if his wife Martha is buried with him and the wording of any possible headstone. Is there anyone on the list who is familiar with the area, please? If you could do some checking for me, that would be great. Otherwise, some advice on where I should write to make my own enquiries, would be much appreciated. Many thanks Ailsa Petrie Hamilton New Zealand -- No virus found in this outgoing message. 3. Newton on Ouse is a parish in the N.Riding between the A19 and A59 north west of York. I don't live in the area but some of my ancestors came from there. If you have no luck with offers of help you could try contacting the Borthwick institute at York University.
