Don - Hi - yes, I have one of these Bibles - and to obtain it I did indeed have to learn all of the Psalms you mention and recite them to the Superintendent of the Sunday School to prove that I knew them! That was in the late 1950's, I would be about 10 at the time - there were 4 presented in our church each year. The inscription on the front is the same as the one you quote - and still in gold leaf.
