Hello My great great grandmother was Elizabeth Graham, although i think they lived at East Hauxwell i know they later moved to east witton where her daughter met my great grandfather, and later they married. I dont know if this is any help. in 1881: Samuel WHITLING M Male 30 York, England Cartman At The Hall Elizabeth WHITLING (maiden: GRAHAM) M Female 27 York, England Cartman At The Halls Wife Rebeca WHITLING Female 3 York, England Henry WHITLING Male 1 Hauxwell, York, England I dont know what years census records you listed so i might be too early. I think maybe the above family moved to east witton due to Elizabeth having family there? Im not sure. Maybe theres a connection!
