York, WHOSE NAME AND ARMS HE ASSUMED by Royal Licence 5 May 1834 and was CREATED A BARONET 8 September 1841 (NEW CREATION). Born 8 May 1796 died 22 June 1865 having married 20 October 1825 his second cousin, Clarinda Catherine, only daughter and heiress of John Lawson Esquire MD. of York, son of John Lawson Esquire of Bath and nephew of Sir Henry Lawson , 4th Bart.of Burgh Hall.
