Hi George, I found a birth registration on the British Newspapers site as follows: Leeds Mercury Sat.September 5th 1840 Birth On the 29th ult. at Boulogne-Sur-Mer, the lady of William Lawson Esq. of Brough Hall, in this county, of a daughter, still born. Is it possible they were still in France in 1841 and this is why they can't be found on the 1841 Census? I also found a marriage in 1842 for Williams sister Margaret Wright. Do you have the details?
