Will somebody please assist. For some time i have been trying to obtain my fathers service records from the Merseyside Fire Service,i have written to them a couple of time but they just refuse to answer my letters,i know they have more to deal with than a request from the other side of the world,but i thought through the freedom of information act it is my right to request this information,please correct me if i am wrong.
