I have a PARK interest. Elizabeth PARK, b 1822 apparently born in Ireland, but school's out on that one until it can be proven. She married Edward CHESTER(S) b 1805 who we also thought was born in Scotland but we are looking at the possibility of the family originating in Ireland and migrating into Scotland. It's possible that something happened on the way in Liverpool I suppose. I have a lot of ancestors who moved form different parts of Ireland (Cork and Derry) to Glasgow in the 1860s / 1870s, and thence to Liverpool a few years later. It seems a fairly well established route. One lot moved for work, when new sugar refineries set up in Liverpool, and no idea why the others moved. Glad they did, though.
