    1. Electoral rolls
    2. As far as I know the electoral roll is the document which will include all who are eligible to vote in an election and where they are residing at the time of the election. At first I believe only the gentlemen in the house were on it but I believe after about 1918 the woman were included [if date is incorrect I am sure some lister will be able to inform us]. Believe all electoral rolls may be held by the relevant councils where the elections were held. If there is any lister who might be able to give further information, please do so. Alun.

    3. Women over 30 were given the right to vote in 1920, women over 21 got the vote in 1930 or 1931. ELECTORAL REGISTERS AND POLL BOOKS INFORMATION LEAFLET - 7 We hold electoral or voters' registers for Liverpool only, for every year from 1832-1914, 1918-1939 and 1945 to the present.
