    2. 8th Feb 1911 Accident at Liverpool Docks three men killed A large mooring chain which had been constructed for the Admiralty and which was to be delivered to Dover, was being hoisted from a barge into the hold of a steamer at Liverpool Docks yesterday afternoon and when in mid air it fell back into the barge. James PRESTNER Captain of the barge, of Birkenhead and Isaac BOSTOCK mate of Warrington were struck by the chain and killed instantly.
